Luang Phor Anan  

Luang Phor Anan is a monk who is most famous for his Phaya Wanon

amulets (Refer to our article on Phaya Wanon, Luang Phor Anan for more information). Luang Phor Anan was born on Thursday, 7th July, B.E. 2498, in the year of the Goat. He was given the name Anan by his parents. His family name was PreeCha. He is the 6th child among a total of 15 children, born to a household of farmers.

He was ordained as a monk on 3rd April B.E. 2518, at PathaSima, Wat Pimpawad

. His Preceptor was Phra Kru Manoon Thammarad
(Phradaj Phrakhuntan Zhao Mongkhon Suttakhun
), or Luang Phor Foo Atipatto
, of Wat Bang Samak, Tambon Bang Samak, Ampur Bang Pakong, Changwat Chachoengsao
), his 1st Announcing Teacher was Phra Atikan Rad, Wat Pimpawad
, and his 2nd Announcing Teacher was Phra Palad PraNom
, of Wat Bang Samak.
