Himmaphan Forest

The Himavanta (in Pali) is a legendary forest in Buddhist mythology. It is said to be home to a plethora of mythical creatures, such as the Singh, Kochasri, Makalipohn etc. This forest was mentioned in a story involving a previous incarnation of the Buddha, where he was practising his Parami of giving.
